  Квартира хорошая. Да, стоило бы обновить немного ремонт, положить на кухне хотя бы соль и какие-то базовые вещи типа масла для жарки, отремонтировать текущую лейку душа, но в целом, все хорошо: чистое белье, достаточно полотенец и очень доброжелательный хозяин – человек в преклонном возрасте. Однако, видимо в связи с этим и есть одно НО! Хозяин не сам сдает через Booking, а привлекает какое-то местное агентство, которое размещает информацию на Booking.com. Работник агенства присылает после бронирования вам приветственное письмо, в котором указан телефон якобы хозяина для уточнения деталей. Вы переписываетесь или созваниваетесь с «хозяином», а по факту это сам агент, который отвечает и не опровергает, что он не хозяин. В итоге происходит так: вам присылают координаты GPS, без адреса фактического, вы приезжаете немного «за угол», звоните и вам отвечает молодой голос, что типа я на месте и жду вас. А параллельно на улице к вам подходит старик и что-то говорит на немецком и хорватском, английский он не знает. Из-за этого дикая путаница: вы ожидаете увидеть обладателя молодого голоса и сносно говорящего на английском языке, а по факту старый человек с немецкой/хорватской речью. Это надо учесть. Вообще, агентству надо откорректировать информацию и не вводить в заблуждение людей и все будет отлично. Останавливаться можно, обмана нет, но есть дикая путаница. Специально выкладываю фото фасада дома и табличкой с адресом.

  también contaba con supermercado al lado, bares y restaurantes cerca.
  los dormitorios amplios y limpios, con ropa de cama limpia.
  el host muy amable nos explico todo, aunque no sabía hablar inglés.

• Ganske basisbaseret lejlighed, men den har en god beliggenhed, hvis man ikke vil være midt i Split. – James from Denmark (8/10)

  Beliggenheden er ganske glimrende. Bemærk at det er i udkanten af bygrænsen til Split, som det tager ca. 10 minutter at komme til i bil. Der er fantastiske, børnevenlige sandstrande (men husk alligevel strandsko). Fine restauranter og barer. Der ligger også gode supermarkeder, som har åbent fra 7-22. Vil komme til området igen.
