My room was spacious in a way that surprised me — Split accommodations can be pretty compact, but Alba Residence clearly prioritized comfort over cramming in extra units.   The neighborhood is simply superb (quiet and peaceful). Also really good restaurants near by.
  Also a big plus is the garage (in case you have a car) and being within walking distance from downtown.
  The overall quality of the facilities are amazing, and the same with the breakfast (uff, What a View : )

  This was such a gem. Located very close to downtown Split, with underground parking garage, this was very convenient and a highlight of our stay in Croatia. The apartments are new and clean, awesome black-out curtains for the best sleep ever. Very nice terrace with some view of the sea and ports. Sauna! Bubble bath! We really enjoyed our stay, and to end it on a high note, the breakfast was amazing. So many choices, hot scrambled eggs, cheeses, breads, nutella. We completely messed up and checked out one hour later than we should have. The staff was extremely polite and gracious about our mistake.

  Spacious apartment.
  Clean and comfortable to stay in, while it rained for most of one day.
  Nearby secluded beach away from the main area was great for a swim.
  Didn't see much of the staff, as we had to leave before breakfast on 2 of 3 mornings, for an early tour then the catamaran to Dubrovnik.
  Breakfast fairly basic but OK.

  Plenty of space and comfortable and up to date furnishings. Excellent breakfast and accommodating staff. Garaged parking is very convenient for those driving on holiday. Short walk to some beaches

  Location is good for local amenities, 20 minute walk to Old Split.

  The lady running the business, a very charming lady, went out of her way to accommodate us with one additional night (the place is so nice, we didn't want to leave).
  
  The sheets, towels, rooms, bathrooms, kitchen are the cleanest I have ever seen ( and I do travel a lot).
  
  Overall, I would very highly recommend this place, not only for the reasons i mentioned above, but also for the location. Very nice quiet location.
  
  16 minutes walking to the crowded center or 7 Euro Uber.
