Couples absolutely love it here (they rate the location 9.7, which honestly doesn’t surprise me), and I can see why — there’s something romantic about having all of Split’s best spots within a few minutes’ walk.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed with this perfect mix of antique character and modern comfort. You’ll find original stone walls paired with contemporary amenities that actually work well — the air conditioning is quiet, the Wi-Fi is solid, and the bathroom feels updated without losing the historic vibe. The beds are comfortable (which matters more than people admit), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. What I really appreciated was how they managed to soundproof things — even though you’re in the heart of the old town, it’s surprisingly peaceful at night.

Exploring the Neighborhood

Being this centrally located means you’re basically living like a local for a few days. The morning coffee spots are right around the corner, and you can grab fresh produce at the green market without any planning. Peristyle Square is maybe a two-minute walk, and the waterfront promenade where everyone goes for evening strolls is just as close. You’ll discover little wine bars and konobas tucked into side streets that you’d never find if you were staying further out. Actually, some of my best meals happened because I could just wander out and follow my nose — that’s the beauty of staying somewhere this well-positioned.

  The suite is spacious, luxurious and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect! Everything is close by, including restaurants, supermarkets, the waterfront, places of interest, and transport. Even though the room is so well located, it is quiet, secure and peaceful with a lovely, shady courtyard. The TV is super large and the air-con is fabulous, which proved to be a beautiful haven on extremely hot days. The bed is incredibly comfortable and contributed to the best night's sleep we have had since leaving home 2 months ago (we are on an extended vacation). The water pressure in the shower is fantastic and is a welcome relief after a full day of sightseeing. Ivana our host, was so helpful and upon our arrival, the room had been cooled and there were chilled drinks waiting for us in the fridge. The room has everything anyone could want and more. We wanted to extend our stay because we enjoyed it so much! Thank you, Ivana we loved the accommodation and highly recommend it. Next time we come to Split we will stay here again. 5 Stars!

  The standard of this accommodation exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. Beds could not be more comfortable, shower was really nice with great water pressure, and air con worked perfectly! Everything was clean and modern and just made for such a nice stay and the host is very friendly and quick to respond to messages. This was by far the best accommodation we have stayed in in Croatia!
