  A well-appointed apartment, with a cute little sitout area,located just a 5 minute walk away from the Riva.It has many good restaurants, laundromat, wine cafes, and pizzerias right next to it.But the best part of this apartman is our host , Sandra. She is a gem of a host, a real benchmark in hosting. She is very kind, pays real attention to her guests, and is very determined. We were late in arriving Split (reached at about 11pm) , but Sandra chose to stay near the apartman waiting for us instead of canceling our booking as a no-show. When we arrived, she helped park our rental car, helped sorting our luggage , and advised all tourist locations and traps to be avoided, dining suggestions, etc.
  Second, we got locked out of the apartman at midnight and had no other choice but to call Sandra. She answered the call and didn't hesitate even a second to help us out.She came to the property and opened the door for us.
  Third, we got a parking ticket though we paid for a full day and that was on the day we were leaving for the airport.Sandra offered to challenge the ticket on behalf of us , she is constantly tracking it and even updating me till date on the petition (its been a month since we got the ticket)
  The above examples are just to show that our host Sandra goes the extra mile to look after her guests .
  Just book the property , no second thoughts. You won't regret it.

  To sum it up – perfect apartment in a perfect location! The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped. The private outside space was a bonus. The location was ideal for exploring Split with everything on the doorstep, yet once you shut the door it was extremely quiet. Sandra is fabulous! She was always quick to respond with any questions in advance of our stay. She met us at the property when we arrived and took the time to talk us through key points of interest in Split and gave us some great recommendations for eating out. We had a bit of an issue at the end of our stay (nothing to do with the apartment), Sandra was absolutely amazing, she truly went above and beyond to help resolve our problem. Thank you Sandra!! I would definitely recommend this apartment and if visiting Split again I would stay here without hesitation.

  It was in a great central location with ample living space, was really well equipped and had two bathrooms and showers! It’s really stylishly decorated and the quaint little courtyard was a bonus.
