  We were very fortunate with this apartment as I booked it when I missed out on the other place. It is brand new, super clean and nicely decorated. All facilities are matching the photos. Aircon and fan, that's what you need when it's + 34C. The host was super helpful and very kind, she provided all we needed such as coffee, milk, detergent, spare bed linen (even tasty treats :)) and was always available to be contacted. The area is good, we felt safe there. The location worked very well for us, the grocery and supermarkets were within 5 – 7 mins walk distance that is helpful when you have kids. Btw playground is right next to the building. The main beach is 12 mins walk.
