  Like-new condition. Clean, comfortable, well maintained. Very safe. Nice window darkening shades. Surprisingly quiet at night, despite being on a busy street during the daytime. Very convenient parking. 1st floor with only a couple of steps. Kitchen had everything you need and more.

  Great sound insulation on the windows, shutters meant completely dark rooms if you so desired and the mattress was ideal – medium-firm. We're finnicky sleepers (bad back, sensitive to noise and light) and had no issues 🙂 The road calms down during the night as well. The apartment also has two smart TVs, two aircon units, a kitchen complete with a dishwasher and washing machine. It is tastefully decorated and clean. We had enough towels and toilet paper for our entire stay. The place is a nice walkable distance from the old town (roughly 15 minutes). I can't recommend it enough!

  Perfect place for a couple of days in Split. 10 min walking to old town. All possible amenities are available in the flat and all equipment is high quality , Comfortable double bed, two quite well functioning Airconditiong . Many light points for the desired atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful host. Easy to get Uber taxi in front of the building , and crossing the street 30 mt further.

  Really comfortable and spacious apartment, the owner provided lots of little extra helpful bits (dishwasher tablets, toilettries, milk etc) which just made our stay easy. The air con was fab and welcomed in the heat! Parking was easy and the communication from the owner was top notch, really helpful.

  This is a great place to stay. It's spacious and furnished to the highest standards. Jelena clearly has a background in design as there are so many fabulous touches that you don't notice in the photos and everything is of the highest quality.

  The apartment looks even better than on the pictures! Everything felt fancy, new and clean. Just a 10 min walk from the Old town. The parking place and the self check-in are very convenient. We enjoyed the Netflix guest account too. Highly recommended!
