  Just 20m from the sea, 100m from a bar and beach club. Great view from a large balcony. Air con was more than a match for 40 degrees C. Housekeepers are next door and really helpful; let us check in a bit early and gave us plates of fresh figs

  Świtena lokalizacja. Do centrum Splitu można dojść pieszo w około 30 minut spacerem. To bardzo wygodne, nie musisz się martwić o parking. Bardzo blisko do plaży, po zwiedzaniu można popływać.

  Appartamento con terrazza vista mare e anche da dentro casa si vede il mare, grazie alle ampie finestre. Posizione ottima, perché in prossimità del centro storico, ma non immersa nel caos di turisti e vicoli stretti. Siamo stati a metà Luglio e faceva un caldo incredibile e l'appartamento per fortuna è circondato da un parco e una pineta, oltre al mare, cosa fondamentale per far circolare un poco d'aria. Il parcheggio sotto casa, è stato una vera perla, considerato che abbiamo fatto più tappe in Croazia ed eravamo carichi di valige. L'accesso al mare è diretto e con una bella passeggiata lungo il porto, si arriva facilmente al centro storico. Siamo arrivati 1 ora prima del previsto e non abbiamo avuto problemi a recuperare le chiavi, nonostante fosse l'ora di pranzo. Siamo stati accolti con grande disponibilità e ci sono state fornite tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Se tornassi a Spalato, mi piacerebbe poter soggiornare nuovamente in questo appartamento, molto carino, su due piani e molto confortevole.
