  100% recommended, especially for families with baby/ small child. We loved that the house is in the city centre and is on the ground floor, so we could enter with our 15-month old sleeping in the stroller. Most of the rental apartments in the area has stairs and that'd be a hassle for us, having to carry the stroller upstairs each time. The owner also bought and prepared a baby bed for us, that was amazing. The apartment is freshly renovated and very comfortable to stay in, we even used the washing machine and then let the laundry dry up in the fresh air. The owner is really sweet, responds promptly to messages and even let us check in a little earlier. If we return to Split in the future, we'll definitely stay here again.

  The apartment was newly renovated and very comfortable. All appliances worked great and the kitchen was set up well for people who want to cook and or eat meals in the apartment.

  Our host Stipe was brilliant. Nothing was a bother to him.Very pleasant and helpful.
  He met us on arrival and also helped us on day of departure.
  A complimentary bottle of wine and water was left for us.
  The apartment was very well equipped and spotlessly clean.Extra bedding and towels on supply. Also cleaning supplies which is very helpful.
