  The apartment was very airy and clean, with dishes, quality bedding and towels, and very good sound system, which was quite everything we need for some days off.

  At the beginning of October I had the pleasure of renting this apartment flat in Split with a breathtaking sea view terrace. This place exceeded all my expectations in terms of modern amenities. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with high-quality kitchenware and a coffee machine, made it easy to prepare meals with ease. The attention to detail was evident in the top-notch bed and mattresses, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Top quality towels. The luxurious bed linen added to the overall comfort and experience. I couldn't have asked for a better rental with such a fantastic combination of comfort, modernity, and a stunning view. This apartment flat in Split is truly a gem for anyone looking for a memorable stay.

  The apartment is exceptional! One of the best in which I stayed so far. It is very spacious, has anything you could need, the kitchen is incredibly well equipped and the terrace is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee/late drinks. It is very visible that the owners put a lot of effort in the small details that make the difference. Even more, at arrival, there was water, coffee, champagne and small chocolates waiting for us, which was a very kind gesture. The city center is around 7-10 min by car, however bolt/uber are affordable (approx. 6 EUR). There is a large market store right next to the entrance in the building and a Lidl in 5 min walking distance. I definitely recommend this apartment!

  Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles neu, wunderschön eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Detail, alles war vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Busverbindung in die Altstadt ist sehr gut. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ausgezeichnet! Besten Dank!

  Vor allem die Sauberkeit und Gesamtgestaltung der ganze Wohnung. Alles ist sehr harmonisch eingerichtet und vor allem wirklich gut ausgestattet.
  Als etwas Besonderes möchte ich die schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer hervorheben, die sich mit Hilfe von großen Schiebetüren problemlos mit dem sehr angenehmen Wohnzimmer zu einem wirklich interessanten Aufenthaltsort verbinden lässt
  Stadtcentrum ist auch zu Fuß leicht erreichbar und Strand ist wirklich nahliegend. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Gebäudes gibt es zahlreiche Geschäfte, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants. Es war sehr praktisch
