  Our family of 4 loved this apartment. The location was great – quiet, but a very easy walk into center of Split. The apartment was spacious and attractive (Photos are very accurate). We had room to spread out and it was very comfortable. Our son loved having coffee each morning on the balcony. The washing machine was a big plus part-way through our travels. Some reviews mention issues with the air conditioning – We were there during a heatwave and were very comfortable (did leave bedroom doors open). Communication with Mirjana was excellent – She was very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay.

  Location is the main plus of this property – in a quiet residential area but very close to sea front. Between busy tourist area and swimming spots. On a first floor, so some steps to take the suitcases up to ( no lift). Parking is on street but we found a space easily. Balcony looks towards the harbour, nice to see all the sea traffic. Modern, film themed, tastefully and simply decorated. Beds comfortable, fridge clean, water pressure great, lots of hot water. Hair dryer and basic soaps. Mosquito nets. Felt clean.

  The Host was very lovely and helpful! Thanks to her organized transport our stay in Croatia was beyond our expectations. The driver told us about the local life and on his already busy day, picked us up from the hotel and also took us to Trogir for a quick lunch before the flight. Remembering the trip, we call Pave as our Croatian grandfather:)
  
  It must be said that this apartment had such a good aura that we have never slept as well as we did during those 3 nights there.
  Even our 2 year old twins never woke up during the nights- the dream of parents of young children 🙂

  This property is lovely. It has two bathrooms and two bedroom which are all a good size. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The lounge and dining room have nice comfy furniture. The little balcony is perfect for sundowners although you don’t get a view of the sea (we were fine with that). The location is very good. It’s close to a beach club (very busy) and you can walk along the coast to a rocky beach within 10 minutes. If you walk the other way, you are in the old town in 15 minutes. We loved being away from the heat of the old town. Lots of places to stop for drinks and snacks on the way.

  Great host, great location. The apartment was perfectly clean and spacious for our family of 5. We had a rental car that we found was easier to use to get to the beaches because it was VERY hot when we stayed, but when we went into center in the evenings we walked along the marina. Once we had to circle the block to find parking but most of the time we were able to just park on the street right in front (free).
  
  I preferred this location because it was a short 10ish minute walk to the heart of the downtown area, just enough on the edge (and away from the cruise ships) that it was quiet and very pleasant.
  
  The apartment has air conditioning that kept it comfortable – one unit in a bedroom and one in the dining room. The bedroom without the a/c unit does get a bit warm at night (in 95 degree weather in July) but the kids didn't seem to mind.
  
  Our kids are younger so we were able to all fit into the 2 bedrooms but there was also a pullout couch in the living room that they had made up for us too if we had needed an extra one.
