  The apartment met all our expectations and even better than in the photos. It has a small kitchen with everything you need and everything is new and tastefully decorated. In addition, Laura, the hostess, had the detail of having water in the fridge and two very cold beers that we enjoyed on the terrace. The location is good, because although it is not in the center, the area is quiet and there is a bus stop 5 minutes away. Totally recommended and excellent value for money.

  Loved the interior of the apartment, well stocked with all the necessities (laundry detergant, coffee, kitchen ware etc). Good AC and the hosts provided us with the most helpful guide, which included our way around Split, nearby shops, transport and resturants they enjoy. Definetly recommend this place for you upcoming trip 🙂

  Дуже красиві та нові апартаменти з власною терасою на 1 поверсі. Пляж, який найближче до апартаментів в даний момент закритий та будується, тому приходилось ходити трохи дальше, але це не було складно. В апартаментах є все необхідне для комфортного перебування.
  Переміщувались по місту на таксі, до старого міста чи до торгового центра коштувало 7 євро в одну сторону. Магазинів чи кафе рядом не було, треба було трохи дальше іти чи їхати. В апартаментах хороший вайфай, він рятував, тому що мобільного звʼязку на українському номері не було, не тягнув ні в будинку, ні рядом, хотя в інших містах чи країнах не було проблем.

  Apartmán je velice útulný, hezky zařízený a udržovaný. Fotografie souhlasí se stavem apartmánu.
  Paní majitelka velmi lpí na čistotě, což mi maximálně vyhovovalo, žádný prach ani špína, ručníky i ložní prádlo krásně voňavé, čisté, k dispozici jsem od ní měla dokonce i prací prášek a aviváž a stejně tak i něco k odpuzování komárů pro možné sezení na terase.
  Cítily jsme se tam s dcerou opravdu příjemně. I kuchyň obsahuje vše co je třeba, vše je pro dvě osoby dostačující.
  Apartmán je autobusem 7 minut od centra Splitu, pláž normálně jen pár set metrů pěšky, ty se tu teď sice opravují, ale další dostupná není daleko, nebyla to žádná tragédie a v příštím roce to bude určitě skvělé místo pro trávení dovolené pro ty, co chtějí být blízko u moře i hlavního přístavu, ale nechtějí být úplně v centru, je tam příjemný klid. Určitě se rády vrátíme
