  Our host was ideal. Answered my questions immediately. She was attentive to all our needs. The property was immaculately clean. The interior appeared very new and modern. The water views from the terrace were lovely. It is a very quick walk to the beach. If we returned to Split we would definitely choose to return to this property. The mattress was in great shape and didn't sag in the middle. Bedding was of good quality. Great quality of dishes, glass ware and pots and pans.

  As a group of 3 women from the states, I’d say the best part of this property is how safe we felt. It was far enough from the chaos of the city to feel relaxed but close enough to walk or take a quick Uber to the more popular tourist areas. There are beaches and restaurants just a short walk away from the apartment.
  My second favorite part of this property were the breathtaking views from the balcony, as seen in my pictures.
  The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including recommendations for restaurants and activities.
  The property was well stocked with everything needed to make a meal in the kitchen. The snacks and drinks left for us was an added bonus! Without a doubt, I will book this property again next time I’m in Split.

  The location was fantastic with easy access to beaches, restaurants and a short taxi ride to the town centre and the main shopping mall. The hosts and the apartment were first class and all the welcome goods (wine, chocolates, drinks etc..) were much appreciated. Everything you could ever need was provided for in the apartment.

  Proximity from the beach 5 min walk and 30 min from the Split center. The view from the balcon is wonderful ! Apartment is full equipped with all the accommodations that you require. Maja, the owner and her husband were very nice and gave us very good advices to spend very good time during our holidays ( restaurants, bars, beach, etc …).

  A strong recommendation for any family or group of friends – also for a little demanding guests as this place has very high standards. The hosts offered any help we needed. The apartment was stylish, very clean and we felt very welcome. Even better than in the pics. The apartment has two toilets, both with a shower/bathtub which was helpful for our six-member family. There is also a private parking space where we could always leave our rental van. The laundry machine, ice cube machine and the A/C worked very well for us.

  Our host Maja left us a welcome pack on arrival, she was very helpful and always responded very quickly to any questions we had during our stay. The apartment was very modern , clean and very comfortable. The beds & pillows were super comfy , no issues getting a great nights sleep. There are plenty restaurants to chose from within a 5 to 10 minute walk away. The pebble beach is a ten minute walk, further down the beach you will find a selection of places to have something to eat & drink. Split is an easy 35 minute walk too.
