  Very kind and helpful owner met us to give us the keys. It was very easy to communicate with her and she allowed us late check out. Everything was completely new and looks luxury although it was small flat. Free parking is big plus.

  The host is great, and the apartment was perfectly clean and fitted with a full array of brand-new, high-quality appliances (super-fast induction hob, great air-conditioning unit… even the intercom system is ultra-modern). The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is everything you need for a longer stay (iron and ironing board, clothes horse etc.). The apartment also has a dedicated parking space. The building itself is very new and modern, so it would be perfectly safe in case of an earthquake.

  The stay was exceptional, the owner of the house was extremely polite and whenever we needed she answered us, she does not speak English, but she was very solicitous anyway. Our flight was delayed and she was still waiting for us to hand over our keys. I highly recommend, brand new and cozy apartment.
