  The apartment was spotless and beautiful. The location was a short walk to the palace with everything you would need nearby. We did not want to leave.

  I had an incredible stay at this beautifully renovated apartment in Split. The modern renovation was done to perfection, making the space feel fresh and luxurious. It was clear that the owners paid attention to every detail, as the apartment was equipped with everything one could need – I didn’t miss a thing! The location was also fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach.
  
  One small note: the air conditioner is located in the lounge, which made it a bit challenging to cool the bedroom (I visited in a summer with ~32°C+). However, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay. Highly recommend!

  The location is great. Five minutes to the 1700 years old city center where most of the restaurants are located. The fruit and vegetable market is behind the apartment and the grocery store is one minute away. The Marjan forest park with a wonderful promenade by the sea (you can get the bike or just walk) and beautiful viewpoints with a panoramic view (there is also a great restaurant on the 1. viewpoint) is also 5 minutes away. There are also so many beaches if you want to go swimming or enjoy the sun. However, you don't need a car to go around and see everything. A pleasant or beautifully decorated apartment with all facilities within easy reach, as well as friendly and accommodating hosts highly recommended to anyone who wants to stay in this wonderful city.

  是我们在长途旅行中遇到最友善热情的房东，专门为我们预留了停车位还帮助拿行李。他们制作的介绍材料对于我们非常有用，尤其是里面推荐的餐厅。公寓楼地点离所有地方都很近，很方便，步行走到老城区只要10分钟。房间非常干净舒适，厨房内提供的物品也很完善，洗漱用品也一应俱全。我们最后还在房东的允许下延迟退房了一段时间，非常感谢他们，希望有机会还可以再回来。

  Apartma je več kot presegel najina pričakovanja. Čisto, lepo urejeno in notri je vse kar bi človek potreboval. Posebne pohvale tudi gostiteljici Sanji, ki se za svoje goste neizmerno potrudi. Tudi lokacija apartmaja je odlična. V bližini imaš vse…trgovina, lekarna, pošta, tržnica, trgovina…mesto je 5 min hoje stran, plaža pa je 5min stran z avtom. V glavnem, če bi se dalo bi dali oceno 10+.

  Jednostavna prijava i odjava, upute koje sam dobila su vrlo jasno napisane. Gđa Sanja (domaćin) bila je na raspolaganju prilikom dolaska i cijelog boravka. Ugodan i prijateljski, a ujedno i profesionalan pristup zaslužuje svaku pohvalu.
  
  Apartman je iznimno čist i moderno uređen, prozračan i prepun dnevnog svjetla.
  Opremljen je svim potrebnim uređajima što vam osigurava ugodan i opušten boravak. Odmor na kraju dana smatram vrlo važnim pa stoga poseban naglasak stavljam na udobnost i veličinu kreveta. Za ljubitelje TV-a, uz širok raspon programa, dostupan je i Netflix.
  
  Lokacija samog smještaja učinila je ovaj boravak ugodnijim jer nisam morala razmišljati o gužvama u prometu niti planirati posjet centru grada. Svega nekoliko minuta šetnje dijeli vas od centra grada koji definitivno vrijedi istražiti. Također, za sve ljubitelje prirode, treba naglasiti i da se apartman nalazi u blizini park šume Marjan i predivnog vidikovca (desetak minuta hoda).
