  We enjoyed the location. We were a few blocks from the Palace walls. Straight shot to Riva is via the palace entrance with statue of poet, then via the palace underground shopping area (and exit via Bronze Gate).
  
  Room was spacious, bathroom was quite large. TV, AC and hot water all worked great! Quite location. Balcony was nice, but it was so hot during the hours we were in the unit, we didn’t get to enjoy it very much.
  
  
  Beware – there are stairs, 54 to be exact, but don’t let that stop you. There is a mini grocery store out front, and a few blocks from cafes.
  
  Luggage storage for early check in – they have a way to store luggage for you if arrive early. it’s not located on site, just a block away.

  The location was exceptional. The room was very comfortable. The balcony was excellent. There was a reception desk which is a big benefit in a let like this. The bathroom was huge, clean and nice.

  This was a nice room in a well-located area of Split – close to many attractions, near the old town. One of the younger staff 'Marina" (not sure if this is spelt correctly) – was exceptionally friendly and helpful, putting great effort into getting our T,V. to work.
  The place had everything we needed and was well maintained.

  The bed was extremely soft, but it was evenly so, so it didn’t set off any lower back pain. I was surprised how comfortable it was.
  The location was very good. Close to everywhere. Quiet. The beach was 20mins walk away.
  Close to the port and palace.
  The crockery and cutlery was very useful, because we didn’t realise how inflated the prices were in Split and had to eat in more. The fridge was so important for this!

  The location! It is like 10 steps from the old town, with plenty of restaurants and the seaside. All good inside, air conditioning was working perfectly, the beds were comfy, everything was clean and it was quite at night.
