The parking situation alone makes this place worth considering — finding a free spot in Split during summer is like winning the lottery, so having your own dedicated space is huge. I loved being able to explore the quieter side of the city, where locals actually live and shop, then easily slip back to this peaceful retreat.

  Everything looks new, which feel fancy.
  The appartment is very well equipped, bathrooms are very pleasant.

  5min of the beach, 25min of the city center, with some nice walkway to go there.

  Luxury in the name is the right word, which is not always so obvious.
  
  Luka is a wonderful person who cares about guests as if they were his own family. He arranged everything for us and contacted us personally.
  
  The apartment has everything you might need and even more. When we arrived, Jacuzzi was already warmed up for us. The house is beautiful, decorated in a beautiful style with beautiful furniture and decorations. Every detail is refined. The garden is beautiful, you can relax and unwind there. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful.
  
  There is no better location and better place to stay in Split, this is the best. Close on foot to the beach and close to the center of Split.
  
  On the second day, Luka prepared a surprise and gave us delicious donuts from a local, proven bakery. In the morning after opening the exit door, they were waiting for us hanging on the door handle. Amazing experience.
  
  We fancied a BBQ and Luca made us a real wood charcoal grill and helped us with the food preparation.

  Huset er virkelig fint og stort, pænt og rent. værten er meget meget sød og hjælpsom. Vi fik et opkald allerede i lufthavnen og hjælp til transport til huset. Vi fik også gode råd til udflugter og gode spisesteder
