  Great communication and lovely people running the two apartments. Our place was very, very clean with a big and comfy bed, good shower and a kitchen with everything you need for a short stay. The washing machine came in handy for us. There's a supermarket right behind the building (on the main road) and the place is a 15 minute walk from Split promenade amd city centre. There's free parking along the street the apartment is in; it can sometimes get a bit tricky to find a spot but we managed to always find one.
