  Perfect, quiet apartment for 2 people for our stay in Split. Super close to the beach and not far for getting into Marjan park and Split old town. It’s not a noisy area at all but the soundproofed bedroom was a blessing particularly on the Friday night when neighbours were outside until the early hours, so it was pretty much still completely silent for sleeping! Ample free parking on the road for our hire car. Mia met us to give us the key and was super friendly and helpful.

  Everything was great, very clean accommodation, has everything you needed included kitchen appliances for comfort stay. Plenty of clean towels. We have our own terrace where we can enjoy sunset. 10 minutes to very beautiful beach Ezinac. The host Mia was very polite and helpful, was always ready to assist us by any questions. Will definitely recommend this accommodation.

  The location of the property was excellent: 15 minute walking diistance of Split and in a quiet residential road. There was air conditioning in Main bedroom and living room – which was appreciated. Our host was very welcoming and on hand to answer any questions. The cleanliness was exceptional.

  Location is good and as advertised. 5 min walk to the beach and circa 20 min walk into town. On the way into town there is a big -ish supermarket close by and a bakery. In town there is a fish market and at the end of the promenade the is a fruit and veg market. At the veg market you will also find sellers offering olive oil, honey and lavender products. All veg and fruit that I purchased were excellent. Walking to and from the apartment involves some steps and hills, tiring but manageable. If you are driving, there is a big and free carpark at the beach. Communication with host was very easy and he was very accommodating which we appreciated a lot. The apartment is great for families with older kids as there is enough space for everyone to have quiet, chill time. Internet at the apartment is good quality. TV channels – we could not find anything decent hence didn't switch it on more than once. Electric sockets are on the left of the sink under the top cupboard. I highly recommend white water rafting experience, it was our favourite trip. Remember to bring beach shoes and snorkelers to Croatia.
