  Very well maintained, spacious and comfortable.
  Location was good . Not too near nor too far from the Old City as it can get busy. Walking distance and if was convenient.

  The location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk from downtown Split. It's in a residential area, so noise wasn't an issue.
  The staff was very kind, friendly, and quick to respond. They prepared towels in advance for the number of nights and persons we were staying, which was very helpful. They also prepared the necessary consumables such as detergent and shampoo too.
