I have to mention the beds because, well, they’re genuinely fantastic. After walking around Split’s marble streets all day — and trust me, your feet will feel it — sinking into one of these beds is pure relief. The room I stayed in had this perfect balance of modern comfort and local character. The air conditioning actually works (not always a given in Croatian summers), and the soundproofing is surprisingly good considering you’re in such a central location. I mean, Split can get pretty lively at night, especially during summer, but I slept like a baby.

  The location is exceptional, we haven't had a car and everything is in the 10 min walking range. The neighbourhood is surprisingly quiet given the old town is in the vicinity. The airport bus line is 10 min away, mostly flat for walking.
  The hosts are very kind and accommodating. You are having your breakfast in your room, whenever you ask the day before. The premises are exceptionally clean.

  Very modern, clean and comfortable room. Close to the centre just 5 min by walk. We stayed here only for 1 night. It was perfect for us as we wanted something close to the centre, yet not in the centre due to having our own car. If you're lucky to find free public parking you just leave your car there and do the rest by foot. Otherwise, there is still paid parking areas close by.
  The accommodation and hospitality was superb.

  Extremely clean, spacious and room had everything I
  needed. There's also a (silent) mini fridge. Aircon was perfect temperature (self adjustable). Room wasn't blackout but close enough if you put your suitcase Infront of the fridge. It's in a quiet street so no noise from cars, if you wake up late you might hear people moving around in the morning, like anywhere. Bed was super comfortable and had both fat and thin pillows (no one ever has thin pillows so I loved this lol). The owner was super helpful and also offers a airport pickup /drop off that is much cheaper than getting a taxi. Old town is a few minutes walk, super market is 2 mins away, ATM is 1 min away. It's a brilliant place to stay!

  This accomodation was my saviour as I had an awful stay at another hotel (Hotel Cvita which was infested with silverfish). This place was immaculate so if you are a germophobe or have a bug phobia, you will love this place! I've never seen anywhere so clean. There's also air airport collection/drop of that's so much cheaper than getting a taxi. The man who works there was so helpful and late me have a late checkout when I was ill. I felt incredibly taken care of. The room is a great size and looks exactly like the photos. I had everything i needed and breakfast was delivered to my room (massive breakfast) at the time of my choice. The old town is just a few mins away and the area is quiet. There's a small fridge in the room too (no, it doesn't hum!) Utterly wonderful
