  We liked this stay very much! Ivan was very helpful and friendly. We needed a parking spot and unfortunately it was already booked before us, but Ivan helped us to look for another and starting from day two we parked near the house. Apartment is close to the center. Room was clean, AC worked well, everything is stylish and renovated, there was enough warm water (unlike a lot of places in Croatia), we didn't need to wash our clothes, but you can do that in case if you need it. Ivan gave us very clear instructions about everything. We were provided with bottled water and some croissants, that was so nice!

  Kind owner with farely quick responde time. The aparmant was clean the wifi was fast, the placement can not be better! Silent neighbourhood and the city center is just a few minutes walk away.

  Ivan was a great host and welcomed us at the Apartment to hand over the keys / run through the basics. The 2-bed apartment is comfortable with good WiFi / Air Con plus small touches like a coffee machine (with capsules) / Water in the fridge … which is just what we needed after our delayed flight.
  
  Although we didn't need anything during our trip, we were comforted to know Ivan was just a WhatsApp away.
  
  Location is amazing. Quiet with just a short walk to the centre / view point. Nice touch was the map in the apartment showing the easy route to the centre (avoiding the steps) passing a small supermarket etc

  The studio was perfect for our needs, i find great value in the fact we could park the car and the city centre was super close,
  I could not ask for anything more, it was super considerate of the hosts to include so much in this booking. It is the perfect place, not in the middle of all the noise of the city historical centre and not too far. The walls are white and clean, no noticeable moisture or any bad smell.

  A lovely apartment for a small family or two couples within easy walking distance of the Old Town and near Marjan Park. The apartment is spacious and very well appointed with all the extra little touches that make good accommodation great. Our host met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and there was even home made brandy to try. This would have to be the cleanest accommodation we had during our 5 week trip, it was spotless. The laundry was a bonus. We highly recommend this apartment when in Split.
