  The location doesn't get any better, right in the beautiful center of Split, on a charming quiet street, but short walk to all the action. The host was very helpful with finding free parking, as this would have been a challenge for us. The apartment is a good size, tastefully decorated and very enjoyable. Air conditioning is a big plus.   Fantastic location. We always prefer to be in a neighbourhood just outside the "centre" of whatever city we visit. In Split, we loved the Veli Varos neighbourhood much more than the areas inside the walls.
