  We really liked this place. It was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. It was a short taxi ride to town- about 20 euros.There is some ongoing construction noise down at the beach during daylight hours. There are keys for the elevator that we didn't figure out to use until the end of our stay. Wish we'd figured that out earlier. We would stay there again!

  Very clean and spacious appartment. Everthing you need for a comfortable stay was there. Well suited for our family of five. Location was also great. Bus and supermarket nearby. If possible we suggest to rent a car (which we did) as this allows you to visit all kinds of beaches nearby Split or makes it easy to visit Dubrovnik (which is a must see as well)..

  The apartment has a perfect location. At 50 meters you find a bike rental and you can ride to the center of Split (a ride next to the coast) in 15 minutes. The rental company was very accurate and answered on every question in just a few minutes.
  The apartment itself is spacious, has good beds, excellent air conditioning and a good size terrace with lovely sea views.
  The property is on the 4th floor, reachable by outdoor steps or (when you arrive or leave with your suitcases) by elevator through the garage.
  We can defenitly recommend this apartment!

  Excellent apartment for family with nice view from the terrace, on which we enjoyed for breakfast. Very helpful communication with the host with recommendations, guidance and support. Good location to the beach of Znjan and a bus stop just in front. Nearby shop and several beach restaurants. Many possibility to park the car in front of the building.
