The apartment was light and airy everything was very clean. All of the appliances were in good condition and worked well. There were even usb ports in the lamp stands. The wifi also worked well. The owner met us and took us to the covered parking space.
Modern looking, nice neat and clean apartment with sofa. Very comfy bed and pillow for a good one night sleep.
POD caffe and tea is a plus with private garage to park car at no additional cost.

Kind owner informing me quite in advance about constructuon works and related disturbances on site. Actually it was not disturbing at all.
Balcony big enough to spend time on.
