  The location was excellent – easy access to the Old Town. Our host Jelena met us and explained things to do and where to eat which was really helpful. And the kitchen was good enough to cook in.

  The property is located in central split, a short walk to restaurants and bars/clubs! Also a short taxi to a gorgeous beach recommended by our host! The property was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities and facilities. Our host was brilliantly accommodating, offering extras such as fruit and scissors upon request. Also offering us a late check out due to the cleaner coming at a later time which was super nice for us before a long travelling day!

  An apartment in the most excellent location, which was exceptionally clean and had all the necessary appliances. The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming especially for our late night arrival and departure.

  I stayed for 4 nights at Teni. The apartment is fab with plenty of space and an outside terrace. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to prepare food, microwave, kettle, toaster and hob plus lots of utensils and saucepans etc. The location is excellent with many bars and restaurants on the doorstep but quiet at night inside the apartment. A few minutes walk to the palace and the Riva and 10 minutes to the bus station and ferries. Jelena, my host is very friendly and helpful should you need anything. And WiFi in the apartment is good plus air con. Highly recommend. I will stay here again on my next visit!

  Totally recommended! Jelena is one gem of a host, welcomed us and showed the apartment, and gave local tips on what to explore and where to eat in Split. The location can't be better, right in the old town where all the attractions are a stone throw away. The forest and the two best beaches can be explored as well. We did walk up the forest and reached the other part where the nice beach was, by about an hour and half of a walk.
