  This apartment was an absolute gem.Communication from Matt was excellent right from booking We arrived to a fridge of wine, beers, juice and water and were given loads of great recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. The apartment was perfect, very comfortable with a great kitchen. Aircon worked really well. The outdoor living space was comfy too. The pool was heated and we had it to ourselves. The location was perfect- only 10 min walk down into town.

  Matt and his family made us feel very welcome at the property and appreciated the tour on arrival which gave us an insight into the property and local area. Apartment was very clean and beautiful with private hot tub that overlooks the sea. 5 min walk to the centre of split, but remained nice and quiet.
