  This apartment was absolutely flawless. It was exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly want – the attention to detail was excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean with plentiful towels ( beach and otherwise). The location was 10 mins easy walk from the bus station and old town – a lovely sandy beach was 3 mins walk. Tanya was an excellent host, I would highly recommend a stay here.

  The apartment was impeccable, very spacious, and comfortable, the building from the outside does not look special but inside the building is clean and spacious, and also cozy! We loved having the balcony as well. Host have a lot of ideas for travel. We loved the configuration of the apartment, the bedroom is large and quiet, the sheets are crisp and silky, high ceilings. The apartment felt like home. Also, a walking distance to buzzing touristy areas, thus the location could not be better, we felt like locals and then joined the crowd to enjoy the hustle and bustle 🙂
  The host is extremely helpful and responsive.

  The property was exceptional. The attention to detail was excellent and everything was there that you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean. Very convenient for the Old Town, boat trips and beach. It also has a very convenient parking space (which you definitely need).

  Park Apartment in Split is excellent – in every possible way.
  
  It is very spacious, airy, and comfortable with high ceilings and modern furniture; Tanja has fitted out the apartment brilliantly, everything is new and working perfectly.
  
  Ciara and I have never gone to an apartment that is so well equipped – it has virtually every utensil, etc. that you could think of, and more!
  
  It is immaculately clean and tidy with loads of spare towels, sheets, and anything that you might need for a stay. Tanja has taken every possible precaution to make sure her guests are well looked after.
  
  The apartment is in a quiet and very safe residential area, on the first floor, overlooking a lovely leafy park where the locals meet and sit and chat in the evening warmth of a summer.
  
  The apartment itself is very secure so your possessions are safe. It is also a nice place to relax – enjoy breakfast, sip a few drinks or a have bite to eat on the balcony is a pleasure.
  
  The location is ideal – literally 5 minutes easy stroll to the beaches, the local supermarket 100 metres away (drivers in Split are very polite towards pedestrians). The magnificent Old Town, Green Market, Riva (lively strip) and Diocletian’s Palace are less than 10 minutes casual walk.
  
  Tanja herself is a fabulous host – she was there to greet us when we arrived even though it was nearly midnight. She made it very clear that we could contact her about any matter and assured us that she would assist in any way possible. She is so friendly and understanding of a visitor’s requirements.
  
  If Tanja can help you with a problem, she most certainly will.
