  The location was so close to all of the attractions, restaurants and the piers which made our stay in Split exceptional. We loved the breakfast which was a quick walk to the restaurant, and we also enjoyed a dinner there one evening that was very memorable.

  Strategically located. Less than 5 minutes from the most beautiful places, i.e. the Old Town and the promenade, etc. Very tidy. Owner friendly. Easy to communicate with him. Attention to detail, at times it felt like a hotel room :). Good breakfast in a very nice restaurant.

  Met us at the room and provided is with keys and explained what we needed to be comfortable. Very accommodating with our departure. Offered a late check out and luggage storage as our boat didn’t leave port until 5pm. Highly recommend staying here.

  breakfast at the Luxor café was very good, I recommend going there early though, as it gets busy fast due to its location. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with our luggage up the stairs, so its location on the 3rd floor wasn't a big problem. Location of the property is really good as well.
