  De locatie van het verblijf. De gastvriendelijkheid van de eigenaar. Hij gaf ons een zeer warm ontvangst en uitleg over de stad en bezienswaardigheden. Daarbij was hij ook goed bereikbaar. De woning is goed geïsoleerd, dus de warmte komt niet naar binnen.
