  Great location, apartment was very clean, good size. There was a lot of toilet paper and towels left for us which was very much appreciated. Mario was easy to contact. We were left a map and some basic facilities like tea/ coffee/ sweets/ fruit which was a lovely gesture!

  The location is perfect for us to visit the downtown of Split. It's a stone away from the center but we could sleep well without having much noise outside.
  The owner and his son are very kind to come and fix a few small issues such as TV remote controller.
  The rooms are super clean, spacious and well furnished.
  There is a parking lot 1 minute away from the building and parking costs just 12 euro per day.

  This was a lovely apartment in an excellent location, right next to the Old Town in Split. The apartment was very clean and there was no noise from the city despite how well located it is. There was ample parking close by, which we used the parking app to pay for at £6 per day. The apartment would comfortably sleep 6 people, had great facilities and a nice view from the balcony.
