  Very clean, modern and well located property inside the gates of the Old Town of Split. Recently renovated with a very modern bathroom, and with high quality bedding and towels. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the mattress very good. There was an electric drip coffee maker which we used every morning, and a small fridge which enabled us to do our own breakfasts. Excellent AC. Jose, our host, met us where the car dropped us off and guided us to the apartment, then made sure we had everything we needed. He was very attentive, from communicating with me over a week in advance on how to meet up, to giving us restaurant recommendations. You won’t find a better, well-located and modern property than this in the Old Town. Highly recommend.

  Modern apartment exactly like the photos well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed.
  Jose was the perfect host with a passion for making your stay enjoyable. He was so proactive. He met us at the Port, showed us to the property, whats app a list of recommended places and even brought us umbrellas when the forecast turned wet! Nothing was too much trouble.

  Jose was an amazing host a genuine lovely guy. He met us as soon as we arrived in Split and helped us with our luggage .The studio apartment was cleverly designed ,spacious and well equipped. We literally couldn’t fault it.The location was amazing ,a minute from the cathedral and 3 from the Riva. We loved Split and if you go this is the place to stay-the AC was great too

  The apartment is located in the palace area, very central to touristy locations, restaurants, and bars. The apartment was beautiful, the main bed and even the couch bed were so comfortable we almost didn't want to go out. Both beds were made up for us on arrival as the host (Jose) knew that we were three people. The shower was beautiful and the water pressure was amazing—very strong AC, perfect for the hot weather during our stay. Jose is the host and we could rave about him for this entire review. We were in contact before arriving as our connection in Athens was canceled and we arrived at night rather than midday as expected. Jose was sending alternative airports and car rental agency suggestions to help, and making sure we would arrive safely. He advised us that most restaurants would be closed by the time we arrived, so he left us with several bottles of water in the refrigerator as well as a new box of cookies so we would have something to snack on that night. Jose met us where our taxi dropped us off and he carried one of the suitcases the entire way, as the wheels were all broken and we were exhausted from traveling. He then brought all of our suitcases up to the third floor for us. He sent us his suggestions for the best beaches, best restaurants, best bars, best cafes, and best ice cream shops. He even sent us information on how to get to the local mall to buy a new suitcase, he included the bus stop location and schedule as well. On the second day of our trip, our friend arrived (late) and was lost in the palace, and Jose ran to meet him and show him how to get to the apartment with ease. Throughout our stay, Jose was very responsive whenever I asked a question. On our final day, we invited him to lunch and he happily joined us. We had the most amazing time at this apartment. I would recommend this place to everyone, and we would like to thank Jose personally for being such an amazing host. Will certainly stay here again if we are ever back in Split.
